Edinburgh:
- Pretty much nothing on my list at the moment!
- The Cross at Kingussie. Best wine list in Scotland - enough said.
- L'Enclume, Cartmel (which is, incidentally, the home of the sticky toffee pudding)
- Northcote Manor, near Blackburn. Plus a trip to Ewood Park.
- The Fat Duck. You've got to go once in your life, surely?
- Noma. Oh come on - what self respecting wish list would omit Noma?
Places I always meant to get around to going to but am now too late as they've shut down!
